Shipping

For orders within Greece:

Shipping by ELTA to your place. All orders are shipped in 1-4 working days.
*Excluding hard-to-reach areas where 4-7 working days are required.

During holidays, sales or other promotional periods there may be a slight delay which may be due to heavy workload.

Delivery dates and times:
Usually, delivery days are from Monday to Friday from 9.00 – 17.00

For orders in Cyprus:

Delivery by General Postal Service within 7 working days (in inaccessible areas it may take 1 – 2 days longer).

The shipping cost of our products in Cyprus is 9.00€ for orders under 70.00€ and free of charge for orders over 70.00€.

For orders outside Greece:
The shipping cost of our products outside of Greece is 9.00€ for orders under 70.00€ and free of charge for orders over 70.00€

IMPORTANT NOTE:

If your order is placed before 1 pm it is sent to our warehouse for processing and product collection on the same day.
If your order is placed after 1 p.m. it is sent to our warehouse for processing and product picking the next business day.
If your order has been placed on the weekend it is shipped on Monday.

Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:

The product is not available in our central warehouse. In such a case, we will contact you to recommend a similar product, or ask you if you want us to ship the order without it. The remaining items in the order, will remain reserved for one week from the day the shortage was discovered.
In times of extreme weather or strikes, and in any case of force majeure or seasonality that may affect the transportation and delivery of your order.
If there is a problem with your order, either in relation to the product or in relation to its payment and communication with you is impossible (for example, because the information you have entered is not correctly updated).
